Description
The Long Tail Weasel inhabits most of North America. In Northern climates, the Long Tail weasel turns white in Winter. Long Tail weasels are voracious hunters, feeding mostly on rodents, and sometimes much larger prey like Rabbits. Long tail weasels evolved during the ice age, and their bodies are adapted for burrowing under ice, snow, and underground in pursuit of prey.
