The Panamic Green Moray is found in the Eastern Pacific Ocean from California south to Ecuador. They inhabit reefs from three feet to well past one hundred feet in depth. Usually found in rocky recesses and crevices by day, the Green Moray hunts in the open at night, feeding on crustaceans, fishes and octopus... Photographed in the Sea of Cortez in the Midriff Islands of Mexico.
