Description
The Tiger Shark is among the most dangerous of sharks, second only to the Great White. Tigers often visit shallow reefs, harbors, and river mouths where humans are likely to be. The Tiger Shark is a macro predator feeding on whatever it finds. Prey can include; fish, crustaceans, sea birds, snakes, dolphins, turtles, seals, sharks, rays, livestock, whale carcasses, license plates, anchor chains, etc... Photographed in the Atlantic Ocean near the Western Bahamas.
