Wow what a beauty!! Look at those gorgeous eyes! Owls are really amazing animals!! I know first hand how large some species can get. My mom nursed an adult Great Horned Owl back to health after he had flown into the windshield of a car. She first thought he was dead and wanted to stuff him but to her surprise, the next morning she found out that he was only stunned! :D My mom had such a way with animals, they just trusted her for some reason and she love nature and art! Horses were always our fave.! :D
